  • Create a cost model to allow calculation of price with ease of responding to ‘what if’ requests from the potential clients;
  • Ensure that TUPE information is complete and adequate for inclusion of all aspects of labour costs;
  • Draw up structure plans to deliver the requirements of the tender request;
  • Write the tender submission in total or in sections such as Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Operations;
  • Assist with the review of contract conditions, particularly performance criteria and penalty clauses.

Contract Wins

  • Assist with start ups, in particular welcoming packs and terms & conditions for transferring employees;
  • Devise a structure plan to fit into current business structure and deliver the new contract;
  • Create ‘milestones’ for the first three months to ensure that the requirements of the tender and award are delivered within the timescale;
  • Review the first three months performance.

Marketing

  • Advise on Web Site and create from start if required, including a business brand (Logo);
  • Assist with Web Marketing and best ways of achieving best response from the site;
  • Ensure that sales literature reflects the Web Site, this to include business cards.

Procurement

  • Source cost effective solutions for the purchase of cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables and associated materials;
  • Source additional services for multi service bids, i.e. washroom, pest control, window cleaning.

Administration Staff

  • Source, through selected agency, both permanent and temporary staff.
