Tender Proposal Completion

We completed the cleaning stream of four £ multi million facility service tenders for a large FM provider.

The tenders were for Public Sector bodies, Leisure Sector and a Large Nationwide Industrial Complex

Completion of the projects involved working closely with our client’s other service stream teams and reporting to management meetings on progress and any information which may be useful to the other teams tasks.

The tasks carried out by us involved the following:-

• Reading and extraction of salient data from the information provided by the ultimate customer
• Creation of costing models to record information and calculate the various costs of the elements to provide the service
• Visit the establishments on the walk-rounds designated by the customer
• Source services which were not being provided by our client’s workforce directly and negotiate where necessary
• Complete the costing in a format to adhere to the customer’s submission requirement
• Calculate and define the method and cost of mobilisation, with a timeframe, when award is granted
• Write the methodology and construction of the tender response so that the document dovetails with our client’s other work streams to complete a final submission.
