Re-organisation of back office

A complete analysis of all back office job roles were made resulting in:-

• Updating of job descriptions
• Slicker working methods, sound office procedures and the re-allocation of tasks.

The company are now able to focus in on supporting the Directors, Management and Workforce efficiently.
