Management Selection

As a result of our client being awarded a large Facilities contract in the financial sector we were tasked to complete a selection process for the appointment of a manager to control delivery of the services required and ensure that the process adhered to TUPE regulations.

To ensure that an independent selection was operated we were appointed to complete the process and we performed the following tasks:-

• Review of the job role and person specification
• Creation of selection criteria
• Interviews of the candidates
• Report to the client on the selection outcome, with coaching recommendations for the successful applicant
• Completion of a report for feedback by the client to the unsuccessful candidate.
